Founded in 1962, the Ulysses S. Grant Association promotes the study of Grant’s life, leadership, writings, and enduring impact on American history.

Our Mission

The mission of the Ulysses S. Grant Association is to promote the study of the life and times of Ulysses S. Grant and the preservation of his legacy. This includes regular communications, hosting an annual meeting, partnership with the Ulysses S. Grant Presidential Library (USGPL), and other activities in support of Grant scholarship and the collections at the USGPL.
